Unexplained experience

Please forgive my writing in English. I read German so please feel free to respond in German.

A few years back I had a few experiences that I am not sure how to make sense of. I had not heard from my father in some time and was somehow worried that he was not doing well or had even died. I thought of all the things I wished I had told him and had an intense emotional desire to be with him and comfort him.

I noticed a strange tingling in my lower backbone which continually increased in intensity. It soon filled my entire spine and radiated out to the rest of my body. I was buzzing with an intense energy which seemed to increase without stopping. At a certian point, I began to feel fear as I had no way of knowing if I could take it if the intensity were to increase any more.

I then decided to attempt to stop the constant rise and it seemed to work. I had the feeling that I could leave my body, but the thought freightend me so I decided not to attempt it. I did however open my eyes. The room was dark. I brought my hand in front of my face and saw that it was surrounded by what seemed to be blue/white flames which seemed to extend a short distance in every direction.

I had this experience a few more times, usually when I called for it but a couple of times I felt it coming at unexpected moments. Because of this, I decided not to summons this experience again until I learn what it is, whether it is dangerous and what it is trying to tell me.

I finally spoke to a friend about it who I knew was open for such things and he could help me a little but I would like to know more.

There was never an erection present or anything sexual so, although I know next to nothing about it, I can't immagine that it had anything to do with Kundalini.

Since this experience, I know that it is in me and can be awakened at any time.
But what is it, what does it mean, what can I learn from it and is it dangerous? If so, what does one have to look out for?

Advise, especially from individuals who have had a simelar experience would be greatly appreciated.
